You xxxxers charged me $260 for worthless diagnostics. You are lying thiefs. Never again will I purchase a VW or ever return to this dealer for service I can’t get elsewhere. I will take it to Rochester instead. Was also charged $2.50 for data storage. What a xxxxxxxx charge. You idiots lost all of our vehicle history and now you charge us to save it? I will be telling everyone I know to never go near this dealership. More
