I set up an appointment three weeks ahead of time to have a change. The gentleman told me I could be there at 10:30, because I told him I worked until 10. When I got there they said my appointment was at 9 a change. The gentleman told me I could be there at 10:30, because I told him I worked until 10. When I got there they said my appointment was at 9 AM that is not what I was told. I was afraid I was not going to be able to get my appointment, but they went ahead and got me in. It was very much appreciated, they were very fast very thorough and very nice. I will go back. More

They charged me 1000 dollars for something that did not need repairing in the first place.. I’m elderly and feel like I was taken advantage of. I had to go somewhere else to fix the problem.
