From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Butch greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that immediately put me at ease. Butch took the time to understand my needs and budget, never pushing me towards a sale I wasn’t comfortable with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I appreciated his honesty—he pointed out both the pros and cons of each option, which helped me make an informed decision. What stood out most was Butch’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
