This dealership requires you to fill out a credit application even though you have already been approved with a lender. This results in a longer purchase time as well as an additional hit on your cr application even though you have already been approved with a lender. This results in a longer purchase time as well as an additional hit on your credit score. The system they use is "Saturn" and you fill out information using your phone. The program did not work well and my husband and I were still receiving verification codes on our phones hours after leaving the dealership. It was very frustrating. We were told we could not buy a car there unless we completed this process. More

Everyone gives you their best southern charm, but no one actually wants to help you there. When I bought the car the salesperson asked me "what do you want to know about the car?" Can't ask what I don't k actually wants to help you there. When I bought the car the salesperson asked me "what do you want to know about the car?" Can't ask what I don't know. Someone was supposed to show me all the car features but was busy and said "bring it in Saturday and I'll go through it." I come in and he's busy so he gave me the quick version and asked "what else do you want to know?" Had to do a lot of my own research. I've brought that xxxx car in 5 times now complaining about the monitor freezing, even provided a video, and was told they couldn't fix it unless it pulls a code or happens while there in the shop. How was the video proof not enough to at least check wires? I very much regret every minute of owning this car and can't wait until I can get rid of it and get anything else from anywhere else. More
