This was my second purchase. I traded in my 23 Elantra and requested Brian Pratt to assist with the transaction. My new Santa Cruz is great. Dealership is horrible! My salesman Shane was pleasant. They insisted that I take it home that day and finance man and service department rushed me o Dealership is horrible! My salesman Shane was pleasant. They insisted that I take it home that day and finance man and service department rushed me out leaving off 2 center wheel covers and low pressure tires. The finance man rushed through paperwork and handed me computer thumb drive and went home while overcharging me $522 on tags. First thing Monday morning I drove back 39 miles to the Dealership and while I waited 3 hours for them to fix the things they missed I saw the salesman who directed me to Cathy who saw the mistake and assured me that the $750 tag fee for just a transfer was the mistake and I would get it returned in 10 to 14 days. After 4 weeks I got a check from NRR Hyundi for $1.51. Brought check and conflicting paperwork back and Shane and Cathy assured me I would get the right check soon. Made 5 or 6 calls and another visit then told that Dealership is so big that they have no control of this but that likely it would be applied to my loan balance. Now after 9 weeks they know nothing about this. IT IS A REAL SHAME WHEN A DEALERSHIP GETS SO BIG THAT IT NO LONGER CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS. More

Very dissapointing. Was looking for a Santa Cruz. They had two or three on their web site in the color I want --- Blue Stone. When I contacted them, there were none in Was looking for a Santa Cruz. They had two or three on their web site in the color I want --- Blue Stone. When I contacted them, there were none in stock; photos on web site indicated they had two or three. Dealers should not picture them on web site when none in stock. They want you to place a reserve fee, then wait to see if and when they can get one. Not fair to customers. This is not the way dealers used to operate. More

DJ Frazier went above and beyond the Call of Duty for us We were difficult Buuers, my wife and I, as her father and my father had a combined 60 years in the automobile business. DJ Frazier was only been on the job a month or so but the kid knows his stuff both tech-wise and Car Wise. He treated us fairly calmly and friendly all the way through the entire process. We look forward to dealing with him again our next car purchase. If there is an award for outstanding customer service please put DJ in line for 1! More
