Our adventure started by determining the "Coach" we liked and whom was an authorized rep. We purchased our previous RV from General RV and wasn't pleased with their the Customer relationships. Dodd RV as and whom was an authorized rep. We purchased our previous RV from General RV and wasn't pleased with their the Customer relationships. Dodd RV assigned Nicholas Rhew and Timothy Zachary as our Product Specialist. Nicholas was our primary Specialist. I had Nicholas on "Speed Dial" there wasn't a question he couldn't answer in all in a timely manner. The Walkthrough of the Coach and the Hiching/Un Hitching process was extremely impressive. The Parts Department Specialist are knowledgeable of the items carried. My final comments are for the Entire family atmosphere at Dodd RV. Dodd RV is more then a Dealer they are Company that cares about the Customer. Thanks "The Casler's" More

We drove for over 3 hours to buy our new RV from Dodd RV. (We came from Southern Maryland.) Our Salesman, Shane Slavnik, was excellent. Luis, Pete, and Jason in Service were a delight to work with. Suzanne (We came from Southern Maryland.) Our Salesman, Shane Slavnik, was excellent. Luis, Pete, and Jason in Service were a delight to work with. Suzanne, the Service Manager. gave us a great deal on a new hitch, as our old one would not work with our new Camper. Upon entering the main building, we were met by Linda, the receptionist. Linda was very personable and so nice to talk to. When it came time for Finance, we worked with Arnold, who actually saved us money on the deal. Fantastic!!!! Since we had a while to wait for our camper to be checked out and made ready, we were directed to a delightful local business to get something to eat. Throughout the process, Jamie Dodd, the owner was very attentive. Mr. Dodd and the entire staff made us feel as if we were out visiting with friends. As my wife and I drove back home with our new camper, we reflected on the right decision, to buy from Dodd RV. There is a lot more I could write. All good. A wonderful experience working with Dodd RV. More

The wife and I went in to browse with an idea of what we wanted, and Mr. Greg showed us around the lot. Very honest people and answered all the questions we had. I grew up around campers so I know the basics of camping, but all these new features are crazy! Mr. Pete answered my 1000 questions during the walkthrough, and had a few minor items fixed on the spot! Overall our experience was great!
