Bad experience at Ford Lithia in Boise. I left my car there for 3 1/2 days with no car to use from them. It was a huge inconvenience and I had to take time off work. I had an appointment with your service department Tuesday at 7:30am and picked up my car Friday afternoon and they didn't complete the scheduled work. They did NOT do the recall or the oil change. I would not return to that dealership, very disappointed they didn't complete the scheduled work on my Ford. More
