I purchased a Grand Cherokee from Fred Martin Superstore in August, 2023. The sales people, Trey Mihok in particular, were very knowledgeable and helpful. About a month after making my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have them install an OEM trailer hitch on my vehicle. I worked with Mike Loucks in the service department, and everything went very smoothly. He got my vehicle in on time, and the job was completed quicker than I expected. I subsequently worked with Mike to have OEM running boards installed on my vehicle, and again, the whole process was completed quickly and smoothly.
