You know it’s funny this dealership can be so friendly in person , but when you try to talk about problems related to them over the phone it’s a nightmare. Going on month 3 of purchasing a vehicle from this location from Mike Logan and still haven’t received my tags or plates , and all I get from a response when I finally get connected to someone who can answere my question all they tell me is it will be in next week . How many times is that going to work , my next temp tag is up when I’m going to take a trip and I can’t even get a response from my sales rep . So if you want to shop her be mindful because if you have a problem they are not willing to communicate with you not even with a text or email , also they won’t respond to your voicemails either More
