This was our second time purchasing from Werner and while the circumstances surrounding our need to purchase a new vehicle weren’t ideal, our experience was again exceptional! We had looked at vehicles onlin the circumstances surrounding our need to purchase a new vehicle weren’t ideal, our experience was again exceptional! We had looked at vehicles online and confirmed the car I wanted was still on the lot, the process was super easy and stress free. Which, after having been in a serious car accident the week before, it was refreshing to walk away from buying our new car with ease. Thank you for being a positive light in our day and thank you to Mazda for designing a safe vehicle! More

Do not go to this dealership, I went due to the high regards of it being a friendly dealership I got tossed around to 4 different sales reps during the process, sent emails to Cameron and called, never regards of it being a friendly dealership I got tossed around to 4 different sales reps during the process, sent emails to Cameron and called, never returned any emails mails, also did not set up a insurance binder out the door, had to stop down 3 separate times due to them filing paperwork wrong, and still charged me almost a $550 admin fee, rediclouse! I have been to multiple different dealerships and never have I once been tossed around this much. How difficult is it to give proper emails and numbers. Lost a future customer will never buy from again. More
