Great salesman- poor closing experience Mike Lee was fantastic- reason I'm giving this post 5 stars. He did an excellent job and was easy to work with. Went above and beyond to even come to Mike Lee was fantastic- reason I'm giving this post 5 stars. He did an excellent job and was easy to work with. Went above and beyond to even come to my house to pick up some last minute docs. However, the Manager I did my closing with I was not impressed. He got agitated when I didn't bite on his additional care package offers. When I noticed the monthly payment was higher than what Mike and I had arranged, he accused me of it just not being properly explained to me but had to be added into the payment. When I further questioned him about this he said with an irritated voice, "you want me to go talk to the tower," 1. I don't care for your jargon. 2. Mike and I had agree upon price/terms, not my fault YOU were not properly explain to the terms of our agreement. I didn't do anything wrong. Once again, Mike was awesome, but I did get a sour taste the way it ended unfortunately. I would still come back to deal with Mike again, but would not want to deal with that Sales Manager again More

Great customer service and SUPER friendly!!! This is my 3rd car we have purchased from Fred Anderson and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Last week Mr. Mike Lee helped my father and I pur This is my 3rd car we have purchased from Fred Anderson and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Last week Mr. Mike Lee helped my father and I purchase the new 2018 Corolla. He was so nice to me and my 8 year old daughter and very pleasant to work with. My father is disabled and wasn't able to come to the dealership and Mr. Lee made things super easy for him. I would most definitely recommend Fred Anderson and Mr. Lee to anyone wanting a new car!!! More

Steve Brandby was professional. Nice. Fair. Looked out for me and not just a sale. Explained my options. Saturday I drove home a 2018 rav4 and I love it. Glad to be back with Toyota. Mike in finance phenomenal. Fred anderson was a wonderful experience. More
