Quick and Caring As soon as I pulled up to the garage, I was greeted by a gentleman who I spoke to about having a service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, As soon as I pulled up to the garage, I was greeted by a gentleman who I spoke to about having a service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. After he checked me in, he gave me his business card and let me know if I ever needed help, he was available. He then showed me to the waiting room where I was to wait for about an hour (busy time of day). He then came into the waiting room presenting me my current cabin air filter which obviously needed to be changed and suggested this as well. I appreciated that. 30min spent waiting and my vehicle was done being serviced. Quick and Caring! The check out lady was kind as well. More

Fleet service I was told the part wouldn't be available for 1 1/2 months. Service advisor found aftermarket OEM part to repair. Service technician test drove vehicl I was told the part wouldn't be available for 1 1/2 months. Service advisor found aftermarket OEM part to repair. Service technician test drove vehicle and turned over two compressors and dumped parts and tools all over back of service van. Very professional. More

Not a care in the world Went in for a safety recall and oil change. All was good accept when my wife got her car back there was items in the floor board they removed from glo Went in for a safety recall and oil change. All was good accept when my wife got her car back there was items in the floor board they removed from glove box when doing the part install. A perfume bottle also spilt over... The worse part about it, the service advisor brought her the car so je saw all of the mess. If I could upload pictures I would do that as well. Just disappointed in customer service nowadays... Tragic. More

We did not know where to go but driver for Andy’s recommended you. When we showed up at 7:00 on Friday morning, you already had the vehicle in checking it out.
