The worst service I’ve ever dealt with I will never go back to this dealership again they have my car for almost a month for 10 hours of work overcharged me with a certain price was only supposed to pay $ back to this dealership again they have my car for almost a month for 10 hours of work overcharged me with a certain price was only supposed to pay $100 deductible and I got charged $1600. They couldn’t work with me. They wouldn’t tell me where I had to pay. They couldn’t be a break down the bill. They just said they wanted their money the worst experience of my life never again. More

Deal with this Ford dealership was the worst experience of my life. I’ve never been so upset. They had my car for over three weeks. Only took him two days to fix it then Covid be a price and without author of my life. I’ve never been so upset. They had my car for over three weeks. Only took him two days to fix it then Covid be a price and without authorizing a call from me when they had to fix and overcharged me with all I should’ve had was $100 deductible. I ended up paying $1600 For a car that I shouldn’t have paid about $100 and the guy did not even work with me did not help me the worst experience in my life I will never go back to this dealership. More

Stephanie was very professional and knowledgeable. I brought my 2020 Ranger in because of a noise underneath my cab. When your mechanic test drove my truck it didn’t make any noise. Naturally! The n I brought my 2020 Ranger in because of a noise underneath my cab. When your mechanic test drove my truck it didn’t make any noise. Naturally! The noise is intermittent and at times it’s unbelievably loud.. I read on line some of the causes of this noise. I checked my brakes, driveshaft universal joints and driveshaft bearing. The brakes were fine. The driveshaft universal joints bearings were fine. The driveshaft bearing made the noise when I repositioned the yoke the bearing sits in. I think the driveshaft bearing is the problem. I’m very aware of bearing noise in machinery. I worked on copiers and they had intermittent bearing noises. We had a procedure for isolating noise and which bearings to replace. I recommend Ford engineers come up with this type procedure. More
