With a credit score 793 payment was 601 for 2024 and I also have a second car 2024. I think the payment should’ve been at least five something probably about 507 instead of 607. Just want to share my experience yesterday hopefully it reaches the right ears . Michael the sales guy was a nice kid . Can’t say the same thing for the managers. They pulled the old bait and switch to me and an older woman who paid a deposit the day prior . We had a deal w/ Michael and Andres . Michael had me sign a bunch of papers and told me put it under my insurance which I did and thought we were out the door. Then at the very end the same manager that screwed the old lady came to me and said they couldn’t do it . We drove down from Stuart last month and bought a Corolla cash from you . It was a pleasant and quick experience home by noon. We showed up at 9:30am today and got home at 8pm. It’s blatantly obvious that manager tried taking advantage of that old woman and myself because we were both in vulnerable positions . Apparently even all the sales guy are complaining about the new boss and his policies. We won’t be going back down next week to buy a Cross for my dad as discussed with Michael. Michael Joseph the sales kid was great . Give him a raise or get control of that new manager so he can start making some money . Someone on salary doesn’t care about another on commission. That manager is only hindering sales and turning away customers. More

Can't say enough good things about Al Hendrickson, first of all I wasn't even looking at a new car, but just so happen to be on the new car sales side and met Micheal, who gave me his card. Went to the used of all I wasn't even looking at a new car, but just so happen to be on the new car sales side and met Micheal, who gave me his card. Went to the used car side and in the end didn't choose the car, so I went home. But I noticed a 2024 GR corolla in white that caught my eye when i was walking by, so I called Micheal and just set up a time to take a look at it. Once we sat down and began the negotiations, I was dreading the back and forth process...but there was none of that. Micheal and the entire team worked out numbers that really fit my budget and did everything they could to get me in my dream car. From sales to finances to the insurance lasies up front, everyone was so polite, and customer satisfaction is definitely priority here. It was also Memorial Day weeked and the dealer was like a zoo! and I still felt like i was an important customer. And that's after I've already been to two other Toyota dealerships and because of my budget and the vehicle iw as interested in, they made me feel insignificant. But as I've been ranting on about, the guys and gals at Al Hendrickson are phenomenal. I will be taking the extra 20min drive up to them for all my service needs and refer anyone looking for a new toyota to Al hendrickson. They're just like the brand they represent. Reliable. Thanks again to them for making it possible to obtain my dream car. More

Since the beginning this dealership has been bad. They lack service. To purchase the vehicle, I went online to compare and contrast with different vehicles and different dealers. Other said Al Hendrickson was wonderful, they lied. The vehicle was in transit when I put a down payment on it. They called me a couple of weeks later to let me know that it was in. I made and appointment for 9am on a Saturday. After arriving, I was told my sales person was not there yet and would arrive around 9:30am. Apparently, my time is not valuable to the dealership. I said no, I made the appointment for 9. I asked for a different sales person. Sales manager came to me and asked if I would be patient and wait for the sales person. I said no. My appointment is at 9am, and if the sales person is not due until 9:30, then I should have been told. I asked for my down payment to be returned and miraculously a different sales person was available. I purchased the Grand Highlander. Next, 2 weeks later, I returned to the dealership and told them my key fob was not working. Since, I still only have 1, that was a problem. The sales desk sent me to a sales manager, who sent me to a sales person, who sent me to the service desk, who then sent me back to the original starting point. Each time, I told them my key fob did not work and each time they asked me how old it was, and I repeated each time that it was two weeks old. Finally, the service person said we could try and replace the battery. The sales desk said, okay, do that. The service person said he needed some sort of ticket. Finally, got the ticket and was brought back to the parts sales desk. Asked for a new battery, he said that will be $20. I said no, the key fob is only 2 weeks old. After some back and forth between the parts sales person and the service person, I got a new battery. Still haven't received the 2nd key fob. At the same time, I purchased the cross bars and paid $500. Since I could have purchased them for less anywhere else, I thought this included installation. I asked to have them installed after the oil change and they wanted to charge me another $460. This is without asking me first. I would have said no and returned the cross bars. I told them to remove the cross bars and give my my money back. I was then given a "deal" to have the installation done for $229. This is all a load of crap. Al Hendrickson lacks service. They will sell you a car, set you afloat down the river without a paddle. Good luck to anyone using this dealership. Must be a rather high turnover rate since I don't see any of the people I have dealt with in the past or today. More
