Many of the sales staff recognize us by name or at least by face. I literally can complete the sales process in about 30 minutes. 20 minutes of which is just used for catching up the personal stories. I keep on returning to Nissan because to me they offer good value and Marlboro Nissan tops it off with great service. They work as a team and its nice to see the same employees there year after year. More

I recently leased my 4th vehicle from Marlboro Nissan. This was my first time working with Brian and he was terrific. He took the time to walk me through all the new functions and features and helped me sync up my I-phone when I picked up my new Rogue. Mike has helped me with the Financing for all of my leases and is always great to work with. He made the transition process to a new lease easy and stress-free as always. Another great experience with this dealership, which is what keeps bringing me back. There are Nissan dealerships closer to me, but Marlboro Nissan is the best, and make it worth the drive. I've owned 15 cars in the past 26 years. This was the easiest, nicest, and quickest purchase I've ever made. The staff was pleasant to speak with an answered all my dumb questions. They were very helpful in helping me decide between a Nissan Rogue and Murano. They showed me all the differences between the two cars and then showed me all the features again after my purchase. I also appreciated the followup email and call to make sure I was still happy and answered all my additional questions. That dealership Rocks!! I was highly impressed by the customer service presented by these Marlboro Nissan employees. It was the first time I have visited a dealership and felt like the employees were putting my needs first when it by these Marlboro Nissan employees. I felt like I was heard and I was not pushed in any other direction than the one I wanted to go in. There was no pressure and the transaction went smoothly. I got exactly what I was looking for and wanted. My trade in was more than fair and I am extremely happy with the deal they gave to me. Brian was exceptional and very easy to communicate with (he listened to me and did his best to get me what I wanted), while Jeff was very patient and thorough in going over all the features that came within the vehicle before I had to drive away in it. Both finance managers I worked with were fast and to the point. I would not think twice before recommending Marlboro Nissan to any of my family or friends. Thank you Marlboro Nissan! More

I just had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Marlboro Nissan! I reluctantly went into the dealership with my boyfriend who has purchased several cars from this dealership and promised me a positive expe Nissan! My reluctance had to do with the fact that, at 34 years old, I have had mostly negative experiences from dealing with car dealerships and salesmen in New England. I needed a new car for probably a year or more but avoided even looking for a new one because I have always hated the process of buying a car and car shopping - from the "pushy" salesmen to the dishonest tactics they use to get me to buy something I don't really want to the unethical methods used to get me to buy every warranty under the sun, I hate it all. However, from the moment I stepped into Marlboro Nissan, I had NOTHING SHORT OF A POSITIVELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Jim McCall was the salesman who helped me, and Danny, his floor manager, did everything possible to get me the most money for my 12 year old Toyota (he did!). Mike Johnson from the business/finance office was up front and honest with me about my financing and warranty options, and worked hard to get me the lowest possible financing plan. All three men worked diligently to help me achieve my monthly payment goals to buy the car of my dreams. We've been dealing with Mike Johnson for over 8 years, he's a consummate professional, One of the best in the business! When he says he is going to do something, consider it done. Mike handled the financial piece & most of the details. Brian Rogers was also involved in the transaction as well. He is a Sales Consultant, a really really good one! He explained the process, made us feel at ease and answered all our questions. Then he did the “training class” ?.Spent extra time showing us how to use the features on our new Rogue. He synced the Rogue’s Bluetooth feature to my wife’s phone and showed he how to use it. He set the clock, did the presets on the radio as well as went through the Rogue’s comprehensive electronic menu to tailor what we wanted and what we didn’t want, like door locking and alarms etc. We will be buying many more vehicles from Marlboro Nissan! More
