I have nothing negative to say about the staff (sales and service) as I have always been treated fairly and with respect. I was referred to them the first time by a co-worker and the transaction was painless, so the second time around, it was a no-brainer to take my business back to Marlboro Nissan. I would say that the whole process took about 1 1/2 hours with no nonsense, especially when one is a woman. I always made to feel like a valued customer and treated with honesty, and you just can't put a price on that! Thank you, Mark Stoller, for another hassle free transaction. More

Email conversations were great and a dollar figure per month was achieved. Casey gave us a price on a lease or purchase on one or two cars. We decided on a Purchase of a 2014 Maxima SV w/Premium pack, trading both our vehicles in. Monthly payment worked for us, shook hands -Great Deal ! (I didn't get it in writing, we trusted him) Fast forward two days On the date to sign papers. Mike Johnson tells me that all of the financial info was not valid, and the deal would from a purchase to a lease for over a hundred dollars more! I asked why was I given an offer, excepted the offer on Monday, and now on Wednesday the deal was off (btw we didn't try and add anything or try to change the deal) Mike Johnson says "he's not sure of what he did, but that deal won't happen". Basically either they screwed up or they decided they didn't want our trade-ins. Either way, horrible business in my mind. Monday, being a holiday, I asked Casey specifically if the deal was good, even though we hadn't signed papers yet, and you said definitely. Casey was off on Wednesday. We emailed him, and have received no response as to what happened-no response . Pathetic Our family has given plenty of business over the last 20 or so years. All respect has been lost. Very Positive Experience - Thank You Brian! I had a great experience at Marlboro Nissan over the past weekend. I've had my eye on a new Rogue for a while and decided to head there for a test dri I had a great experience at Marlboro Nissan over the past weekend. I've had my eye on a new Rogue for a while and decided to head there for a test drive. Living around the corner it would have been the closest Nissan dealership to me, however positive internet reviews would have had me heading there in any case. I did my research, found what I would like for my trade-in as well as what I'd like to pay for a new '14 Rogue SV and had my old Accord cleaned up in anticipation of a potential trade in. When I went there it wasn't really with the expectation to walk away with a new car, but I did. Now I haven't purchased a new car in quite some time. The last time I was at a dealership I was tossed between salesman and business/finance managers and ended up with quite a large payment over 6 years. To be fair, I didn't due my homework in what to expect and how to haggle. Since it was time for a new car, I was dreading going through that cycle again. I found nothing but the opposite at Marlboro Nissan. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a relaxed environment and showroom packed full of folks buying cars. Arriving at the lot I immediately spotted what I was looking for. A '14 Super Black Rogue SV with the accessories I was expecting. It was busy so I hung around for a bit and started up a conversation with Brian Rogers. Brian was super friendly and sat me down to talk about what I was looking for. They had my Rogue in stock out front and we took it for a spin. Brian had his hands full showing me all the new gadgets that came with the car. It's quite a different setup than my old Accord for sure but he made it easy explaining everything. Back at the lot we discussed what I'd like to pay for the car and what I was expecting for my trade in and we got it very close. Mike Johnson took it from there explaining the financing, my rate/payments etc. and we signed the paperwork shortly afterwards. During the whole process I didn't feel pressured at all or like I was being taken for a ride. It was certainly a different experience than what I was expecting based on my last time in a dealership. I feel like I got a good price for my trade in and for my new car. To top it off, heads are turning when I drive past people. This Rogue is a seriously good looking car. Thanks Brian and Mike for my new car! More
