I thought I should try them all before I bought one. Brian came right out and began showing us all the options they had. When we narrowed the search down to the Rogue he took the time to show me all the features before my test drive. In all my different stops along the search not a single other sales person took this type of time and effort to help me. In the end this is one of the main reasons I came back and purchased from him. Brian along with the rest of the staff at Marlboro Nissan made this the best car buying experience I've ever had and I will definitely be a repeat customer and I love my new purchase. More

Purchase of CPO Maxima I needed to replace a car after a deer accident totaled by other car. I emailed Brian after seeing a couple of vehicles on the lot which I was intere I needed to replace a car after a deer accident totaled by other car. I emailed Brian after seeing a couple of vehicles on the lot which I was interested in learning more about. Brain responded promptly and professionally to me and we setup a time to meet. After seeing both vehicles, I purchased one of the vehicles and asked for a dealer installed option. The installed option delayed my delivery, but Brian worked with me to get me a dealer loaner car to cover the service the car was having done. Brian also facilitated an oil change and inspection sticker as well. He even setup my blue tooth for my phone. I have other dealers near me, but I have to say that Brain and the Marlboro Nissan team were great to deal with and made the process comfortable and easy. Brian and the Marlboro team were by far the best to deal with and I engaged with a lot of other dealerships for Nissan and other makes via email, the professional and no nonsense interaction made them stand out among the crowd. I would recommend them as a dealership to work with on your next purchase. More

Leased a new Nissan rogue I have been shopping for a car for a while and I kept getting dissapointed. Wherever I would go the salesman would tell me I could have such and such I have been shopping for a car for a while and I kept getting dissapointed. Wherever I would go the salesman would tell me I could have such and such car for a certain price. But once I took the car for a test drive and tried the paperwork the price would go up. And it wasn't because of my credit. We walked in to Nissan and Jim was great. We told him what we were looking for and our price range. Guess what we got our car. Very pleased with how wonderful the whole staff was as well. More

I am one of those highly impatient people that can not stand sitting around in a chair, waiting for sales people to play their sales games, and going I am one of those highly impatient people that can not stand sitting around in a chair, waiting for sales people to play their sales games, and going back and forth with the managers. My approach is simple -- contact the dealerships, get the best number right up front, and go with what feels right. That is exactly how I started my search for my new car, and fortunately my case was handled by Brian. Brian is outstanding! While other dealerships were too busy trying to ask other quotes I have so they could beat them, Brian right up front gave me his best deal, and it was a great deal! Not only that, the communication is outstanding! When I called, he actually picked up instead of the phone going to voicemail! When I emailed, I got replies within 10 to 30 minutes! Not to mention when I got there, there were 0 surprises and the whole process was a breeze! I will most definitely recommend Brian to all my friends, colleagues and family members.
