He was extremely kind, personable, knowledgable and helpful. He did not pressure us at all, encouraged us to take our time and seemed very fair in presenting the deals on both models. When we came to pick up our new Murano, Brian was very thorough in explaining all of the features and technology in the new car. The car was clean, inspected (!) and ready to go.
