Mike Jahangir did more than help us out, he went far above and beyond the call of duty for my wife and I. We had a very unique emergency, so long story short we had to get out of a lease 18 months ahead above and beyond the call of duty for my wife and I. When I first entered the car dealership, I was of a very skeptical mindset because I thought how could a stranger understand our situation, but within less than 5 minutes of interacting with Mike he showed me that he was sincere, empathetic, and willing to put in the work to help us out in the best way possible. He not only was able to get us out of the lease 18 months ahead of time, without having to buyout the remainder of the contract. He was able to help us use that money as a downpayment toward another car that was way more affordable, reliable, and with low mileage. Mike Jahangir was super thoughtful, kind, and considerate. He helped us every step of the way. That man has the patience of an angel. He helped us with the car insurance in such a way to ensure we got the highest discount, he helped us unload stuff from the car we were leaving behind to the new "used" car we were going to leave with, he even gave us $1,000 off of the new "used" car we got that day. By the end of the day when he resolved the unique issue that we had I was in awe of his problem solving skills and how he cared about us like he was going through our situation with us. That day when we left the dealership and he was waving us off. I truly felt, in my heart of hearts, that he was like a close family member wishing us the best on the next part of our journey. And, to top it all off, less than a week later my wife and I got approved for our house. Thank you Mike Jahangir, your efforts and dedication will always hold a special place in our hearts. More
