This June I went into Honda to get my first lease, and was thrilled that mike hosley was our sales consultant. He was recommended to us by a friend, and Mike made the connection that he had known our family for nearly 20 years. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable and kind while we were in the process of finalizing the lease. It took place in the middle of a family crisis, and Mike was incredibly generous to help accommodate, on a person to person basis. It has never once felt like he was just trying to make a sale.
