I brought my stable in. I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle tire seal. Dylan's Service Team along with Tucker and himself were honest and up front with every issue. I received a text message with video of what was wrong with my vehicles. It was kind of fun to see what they are seeing and have a better understanding of my vehicles and feel a different part of ownership with that knowledge. I would recommend Hudson Ford's service department for any EV issue or ICE car. They have an on-site expert EV tech and have chargers available. Every EV owner can trust this Team. Refused to perform warranty repair on a vehicle purchased at a different dealership. Told me to take it back to them even though it’s 40 miles further away. I was verbally quoted a price for the repair if my F150. I agreed and left with a loaner. Upon completion that day I returned and was told the repair was 600.00 more than what I heard. Showing the customer a written quote instead of a verbal and have them initial it would eliminate it on a in person contact. COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION COMMUNICATION!!! More
