If I could give zero stars for this dealership, I would. Long story short, they convinced us to sign for a car that they assured us could tow 5,000 and then my wife did some digging and found out it could o Long story short, they convinced us to sign for a car that they assured us could tow 5,000 and then my wife did some digging and found out it could only tow 3,000. Getting a new car with a higher towing capacity than 3,500 was the only reason we were getting a new car in the first place. So we had to cancel the funds for that car and begin looking for another option for our family. They immediately had another car we could buy that was in our price range and what we were looking for so we went for it. One month later the car is making noise when making turns and it was still under the 90 day 3,000 mile blue certified warranty so by the time we get the car in we’ve had it 2.5 months and the right headlight is now no longer working as well. Once they get the car they proceed to tell us all 4 brakes and rotors on the car needs to be replaced and so does the headlight and the electrical pigtail. Which the total cost for all of this is $5,044. Had they actually done the 139 point inspection they claimed they did they would have found these most basic of things. They proceed to tell us they won’t cover anything and to have a good day. We finally had to argue with the sales manager and he agreed to make us pay only $1,300 for the headlight instead of $4,000 (which I still can’t afford) and won’t touch the breaks because that’s normal wear and tear. Which over 2.5 months it’s impossible to go through 4 breaks. I will never go back to this dealership and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows how awful of an experience this was. More

He knew the competition in the PHEV SUV Sector and really helped me find the right vehicle and the best deal with no high pressure head games. Damon lived up to Apple Ford's vision to provide the best help in finding the best vehicle to meet my needs. Damon and the Dealership so far have been very good. Even if this was a different brand! Damon let me know the other PHEVs and recommended that we test drive them before making a decision! That sold me because Damon knew the competition and really wanted us to make the best decision! Even if we went to another dealership - Honesty is the Best Policy More

Great new Truck buying experience I have purchased 3 vehicles from Mike Heiss over the years, I would highly recommend him. Excellent in knowledge along with a great personality along I have purchased 3 vehicles from Mike Heiss over the years, I would highly recommend him. Excellent in knowledge along with a great personality along with "no high pressure to buy". Along with that Brian O'Leary Service consultant at this dealership is great. I had a recall on a vehicle and he had it repaired properly and within the time frame I expected. In closing great dealership all the way around. More

My first ever brand new car. As I approached age 78 I set out to trade my 2010 MKX for a new MKX (my first ever brand new vehicle). Mike Heiss was very courteous and friendly as As I approached age 78 I set out to trade my 2010 MKX for a new MKX (my first ever brand new vehicle). Mike Heiss was very courteous and friendly as he pointed out the features of the various packages available on the 2015 models. I was never pressured in any way and a few days later completed my purchase. Apple Valley Ford Lincoln's one-price policy and loyalty incentives made it easy to decide to buy from them. More

My experience purchasing a new Mustang from Apple Valley Ford was nothing short of exceptional. I originally chose to deal with Mike Heiss because both he and Apple Valley Ford are active supporters of the Ford was nothing short of exceptional. I originally chose to deal with Mike Heiss because both he and Apple Valley Ford are active supporters of the local Mustang community. I was buying my dream car so I wanted to do it right...I'm so glad I did. Mike helped me get an order in for the exact Mustang I wanted, gave me a great price and went above and beyond in keeping me informed of where the car was in the production and shipping process, all via email and phone without ever having met me. Talk about a simple process. The biggest thing that made the whole experience special was when he called me on the Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend and said the car just arrived by rail and he wanted my permission to personally drive down to the shipping depot in Cottage Grove and get it and drive it back to the dealership so I could have it for the long holiday weekend versus waiting for the trucking company to deliver it the following week. Talk about making my Memorial Day weekend one I will never forget! In addition Mike did some other little touches that made me feel like I was more than just some random customer and he made me feel he was truly as excited about my new dream Mustang as I was. All the other people I dealt with that day at Apple Valley Ford were just as great and friendly. All in all, this was the most pleasant and fun auto buying experience I've ever had. More
