This Flagship dealership is as first class as it comes. You walk in and they are all over you like l am a VIP. Service is well explained before they engage the repairs and the cost is explained thoroughly. You walk in and they are all over you like l am a VIP. There department manager has his game together as you can as his team performs. Can't believe l wrote this as l hate surveys but these guys deserved a pat on the back. More

Julia has always been able to deliver a MB that not only meets our requirements, but exceeds them both in terms of their quality and price. Hannah was great in getting us out the door with our new 2020 C300 Cab inspite of the commotion of the building going on at the dealership. We are now driving over 2 hours to get to Flagship to make our "deal" and will continue to do so. More

from 19 november until today I went 4 times for the same problem they made the mistake the first time and the 3 times I was told they were unable to duplicate the problem i told them that the car has c problem they made the mistake the first time and the 3 times I was told they were unable to duplicate the problem i told them that the car has code p0219 present they told me they didn't see it in their system i went with my scaner ,we tested the car and after their mechanico saw the codiche on my scaner he told me he would try to program the transmision and he would copy the data and want to send it to the mercedes office to find out more Nathan Haugh at the moment he heard the conversion betwen me and the mechanic,told to the mechanic that he should not try again to fix the problem withe the car. At that moment i scream to him that its not my foult that you cant solve the problem of the car. he told me if I wanted to scream I could go out with him and he wold show me what he was able to do to me . and they also let the car out and didn't want to give me written that they couldn't find the code with their 30k scaner I want to let you know that I'm a mechanic i know what happens with my car but I don't want to fix it by myself ,because the work they did te first time ,that coasted more than 6000$,was guaranteed for tow years. I think that he behaved this way because for their mistake they could pay more than $ 5,000 only parts I speak with my lawyer and I'll sue them because I went more than 3 times for the same problem More

Complete Satisfaction Purchased two vehicles in the month of August. Could not have been more comfortable through out the entire process. Worked with Joe Daroie initially however it was more of a team/family atmosphere. The minute I sat With Joe I knew i was purchasing a vehicle from him. His personality and demeanor was overwhelming. His knowledge of all of the products that Flaggship offered was amazing. Once the deal was finalized Joe made the delivery process of the vehicle to my wife an exciting event! My incredible experience did not stop there. I was introduced to the finance staff, sales staff as well as service writers and service manager, Each person offering their assistance to myself and my wife whenever we had a need to be at the dealership. The service department is damaging the luxurious brand If you really want to be treated like a Mercedes benz customer please go somewhere else. The service department is horrible. I have brought my car for regular maintenance few times. Last time my car was hit and my window shield was broken. Not only I didn't get an apology but also the service manager "Michale" screamed at me in front of everyone. I was yelled at, humiliated and my car was not eventually serviced. I have tried to get in touch with the general manager Paul for few times. I complained to Mercedes benz USA and I'll keep complaining and doing everything in my power until I get the apology that I deserve. I do not want any compensation I only want an apology. I can't wait to return my lease to get BMW. This delearship truly damaged Mercedes Benz brand More
