Customer Service is bad now. Can't get anyone on the phone or return your call. I was told they can't diagnose a problem, unless the car acts up it with them. This was my first time at this Nissan dealership in Christiansburg, and it was a disappointing experience. I came in for an oil change and inspection, expecting them to follow proper Nissan standar Christiansburg, and it was a disappointing experience. I came in for an oil change and inspection, expecting them to follow proper Nissan standards. Instead, they put conventional oil in my car without consulting me, even though my 2013 Rogue has been using synthetic. When I questioned it, the service rep, Mike Handy, falsely claimed that my car ‘requires’ conventional oil for model “13” and the high mileage. He then blamed me for not specifying the oil type upfront—something they, as the experts, should verify. -specially if it’s my first time there. When I asked if he was going to help me, he got a supervisor, and they finally took my car back in to fix their mistake. They would not print me a receipt they added synthetic oil. And the manager repeated that conventional oil is Nissan standard for high mileage. Dishonest and unprofessional service—I shouldn’t have to fact-check a dealership on basic maintenance.
