Service is horrible. Waiting time unacceptable. I'm sorry I called during pandemic for minor service maintenance, but the person who answered the phone told me to come the next day. No explanation o I'm sorry I called during pandemic for minor service maintenance, but the person who answered the phone told me to come the next day. No explanation of procedure was given. Upon arriving at the closed and locked service doors, other customers were milling around not knowing what to do. I guess I was suppose to read some half fallen off notice taped to the window about leaving my keys in the night drop box. A employee finally walked out with no mask or gloves with I guess paperwork for a waiting customer outside. Mind you there is no place to shelter, as the building is locked down. Mike and another service advisor came out, but were useless. All they said was we didn't expect so many customers. Yeah, but who made all the appointments? Suggestion, just deal with emergency, and not accept minor maintenance. In the seem of the pandemic why risk the employees and the public to any more risk. More

Mike is a special guy I was stuck with a flat tire on Pulaski and CR 58 and Mike came to fix the problem. He is a fixer. He's also polite, caring and professional. A friendly experience I scheduled a test drive with the service manager Mike Hamill to check out a rattling noise problem from the fender. Although the problem was confirme I scheduled a test drive with the service manager Mike Hamill to check out a rattling noise problem from the fender. Although the problem was confirmed, Toyota's extended warranty does not cover it. But I also got a free multi-point inspection. In contrast, at another major dealership on the island, I was told to sign for a $120-ish diagnostic fee upfront before they ever try to look at my car. How much does it cost them to just listen to the noise? Overall a very friendly experience, highly recommended. I would consider bringing my car here for service in the future. More

I had checked out pre-owned cars on the excellent Riverhead Toyota website. Our salesman, Craig, quickly provided us with the models to test drive. When we decided to get a new car he took care of Riverhead Toyota website. Our salesman, Craig, quickly provided us with the models to test drive. When we decided to get a new car he took care of the paperwork in minutes and made an appointment for the next day. When we got there everything was ready. The whole experience and our new Prius couldn't have been better. More

I brought my vehicle in for a 90,000 mile service. It took several hours, so my wife picked me up and went shopping. When we returned, our vehicle was in front of us pulling into the lot. Our vehicle pu took several hours, so my wife picked me up and went shopping. When we returned, our vehicle was in front of us pulling into the lot. Our vehicle pulled around to the back, and out came a woman carrying shopping bags. The woman took them to another car in the back. The service rep said this is very embarrassing, and that Mike Hamill, the service manager will call me. It has been a week, and I have not heard from Mike Hamill. Guess it wasn't that embarrassing. More

Too often it seems that people report on negative customer service experiences, but fail to adequately praise the positive ones. I recently had such a positive experience with Mike Hamill in the serv customer service experiences, but fail to adequately praise the positive ones. I recently had such a positive experience with Mike Hamill in the service department. Mike went above and beyond what other managers typically do to correct my issues. I had some minor problems with a certified Toyota I purchased there a year earlier, and he stood behind the car to make things right. Thanks, Mike, for taking a bad experience initially and eventually turning it into a positive one. You make Riverhead Toyota a better dealership! More

Bought 5 Scion XBs for our business to use as sales and service vehicles. Jay was great to deal with. He went above and beyond and even delivered the vehicles we purchased.
