Fake CarFax "verbal due to COVID" where the CSM lied! Luckily got the extended warranty. Unlucky...they can keep the vehicle indefinitely while I still have to make payments!!!! And your sales guy will just ghost you as well as the CSM unless you show up and spend hours in the lobby ... possibly telling people not to buy anything from these crooks! Gives you nothing for trade in. Crappy financing. Just awful awful experience all around. Avoid at all costs... or should I say...it'll cost you more money than anywhere else to buy a car here!!! More

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The salesman was great. The finance person was rude and dishonest. We were going to cancel the deal And leave but they brought in a different finance person who corrected the errors however sold us a gap policy that we were assured would be promptly refunded if we paid the vehicle off which we did 3 months later. After many, many phone calls, and 3 months time, we still have not received the refund. we have had to spend so much time on this, it is unacceptable. It feels like they want us to forget about it to avoid provide the refund. We have purchased several vehicles, new and used and this is the worst experience we have had. More
