Service department was very responsive I had an issue with the new brakes on my RS7. Mike took me right in and gave me a loaner. Service manager (Jeff, I think) personally drove the car a I had an issue with the new brakes on my RS7. Mike took me right in and gave me a loaner. Service manager (Jeff, I think) personally drove the car and oversaw the remedy. Brakes works great now. Thanks for addressing the issue so quickly and thoroughly. More
