WORST experience yet again with this dealerships service department! Dealt with Sam I’m guessing he’s full name is Samantha! I just bought a car from a few weeks ago & the check engine light is back on for department! Dealt with Sam I’m guessing he’s full name is Samantha! I just bought a car from a few weeks ago & the check engine light is back on for the second time. I set up a time to take it in, they take me to work & after 4hrs I had to call to get an update! Then the dumb girl Sam had the audacity to tell me they cannot see the future to know my car was going to need work, she said and the fact it under warranty and getting fixed for free I shouldn’t complain. I was LIVID!!!! Then this illiterate girl gave the driver to pick me up the wrong address & had me waiting outside in the heat for almost 30 minutes and blew it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. So I had to have my co worker take me up there to get my car & the stupid girl gave me my key and didn’t tell me where my car was so when technically they should pull your car up! The is the absolute WORST place. Then I called her manager and all he could say is they have high customer service scores!! Incompetent! They all are! Then I’ve called for the General Manager, left two messages and he has YET to call me back. These kind of places give u A-1 service when you’re buying one of their raggedy cars but after the purchase everyone is so busy!! I will be back for part two.. There is more!! More

I absolutely love going to my dealership. Derrick in sales, Mike, the General Manager, and don’t even get me started on service. They’re always so friendly, kind, and helpful. In December 2018 i purchased my very first Subaru. We traveled from West Michigan to Castle Mitsubishi of Portage because of their customer service....they were so down to earth, kind and never pushy. Each time I brought my 2018 Outback into Castle for warranty servicing, I was treated warmly by everyone. There were never any long waits, and I have always had confidence in the work of the service department, and have had no complaints. I've always appreciated the genuine friendliness of the folks at Castle. Last month when we brought my car in for [warranty] services, I just HAD to check out the new 2020 Outback that was in the showroom, and as they say, the rest is history. Mike Roman, is extremely knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time helping us explore and understand the best options available to me if I chose to trade in my current 2018 Outback. When he suggested leasing a 2020, I have to admit that I was extremely skeptical. Mike explained the Subaru leasing program very thoroughly, and I realized that it was actually the perfect fit for me. A long story short, that evening, I found myself driving back to West Michigan in my second Subaru, an extremely sweet 2020 Outback! Thanks to everyone at Castle Subaru for making another great car buying experience happen for me!! I recommend Castle Subaru to everyone! More

They took my WRX for a JOYRIDEI took my 2018 WRX to They took my WRX for a JOYRIDE I took my 2018 WRX to Castle Subaru for its second oil change. After receiving my vehicle it began leaking oil out o They took my WRX for a JOYRIDE I took my 2018 WRX to Castle Subaru for its second oil change. After receiving my vehicle it began leaking oil out of the oil filter and spraying all over the engine bay. I towed my vehicle back into Castle, Four days later they said they had fixed it. I drove it home and the next morning had a new pool of oil underneath my car. I towed it back in, and this time they had the car two full weeks, And during this time I did not receive any updates about my car until I called in. Finally when it was ready for pick up there was an extra 36 miles on my vehicle and evidence that two employees took it out for a JOYRIDE and rode the car harder than it’s ever been driven. Instead of trying to remedy the situation the staff just gets Abrasive and unhelpful. They also refuse to give you any superior’s contact information. On top of all of this, The third time I brought my car home from Castle the next morning there was a pool of coolant underneath my car and the tank was dangerously low. Since now I do not trust castle to even put air in my tires, I took my car to Mishawaka Subaru and their technicians fixed it in three days and stayed in contact with me the whole time and were much better customer service minded technicians. And they also didn’t put a single mile on my car. Long story short if you have a nice car and you wanted to keep its fluids inside the car do not take it to Castle Subaru where They will redline it and send it home leaking, and then tell you that it’s standard practice.
