Bought a conversion van and told to wait for the title to come in the mail since I live in PA. Title never came. After several phone calls to the lien holder I was able to have the title sent. It's been a pleasure dealing with the Arbogast car dealership. I first located this dealership on line while searching to purchase a new conversion van. I liked the presentation and ease for looking f dealership. I first located this dealership on line while searching to purchase a new conversion van. I liked the presentation and ease for looking for what I was interested in. In March 2011, I contacted this dealership and they responded immediately by email, followed up with a phone call. Mike Force, was the person from Arbogast that contacted me. Mike Force worked with me on determining and locating what I was looking for and expected in a new conversion van. We negotiated components, colors and price through email and phone exchange. This included the trade in arrangements of the conversion van I then owned. Once I was completely satisfied, Mike set up all finacial arrangements and had them mailed to me. I currently live outside Savannah Georgia area and Arbogast is located in Troy Ohio. My wife and I decided to drive our old van to the Arbogast Dealership and pick up our new van. And we are glad we did. It gave us the chance to meet Mike and many other members of the Arbogast team, and to see the entire dealership ..... very impressive; from the young lady that greeted us at the door to our departure. Four months later my wife and I decided that we wanted to upgrade our new van due to the fact that my legs are longer then the room needed to comfortably drive. In turn I called Mike Force and explained my concerns and considerations. Mike immediately went to work to assist me and within a matter of days had presented to me an Explorer Conversion Van that has the room I needed to sit in the drivers seat and drive comforably. Mike also worked to handle all the financial arrangements and ensured that I received a fair and erquitable trade in value for our other van. Once this was all complete, my wife and I made the trip back to Troy Ohio to pick up our new van. We are very satisfied with our new Explorer Van and all the associated costs. I have to say that working with the Arbogast Dealership has been an pleasant and rewarding experience. I realize that there are many people involved in making a customer happy from the young lady at the door, the people handling the financial arrangements, the person changing the license plates to the friendly hand reaching out to welcome you. From a true professional perspective: Mike Force took care of me and brought me back. He is the kind of person who extends himself to help and make sure his customer is satisfied. From a personal perspective: He's the kind of person you want for a neighbor. Would I recommend Dave Arbogast to my friends? ..... You Bet! Would I come back? .....
