Be very careful and read ALL deals' pricing at the bottom. They are adding $2500 in Equipment for ad pricing, which costs about $300 in honest pricing. Dishonest liars. I was told a price with and without a trade in and sold my car to buy it. I have the prices on paper and on text messages. I confirmed the price before I sold my car and went straight over to the dealership to buy a Palisade. Knowing that I didn't have a car, they tried to extort $600.00 more dollars out of me. I spoke with the manager However, he did not care if I was lied to and had the proof to back it up. I walked out. I will drive my husband's 20 y/o pickup before I would ever do business with this group. Shame on you. Do not trust this dealership! Rey, you know every word of this is true. More

I took my vehicle in for service because of a small water leak on the driver side door. They replaced 2 seals and charged me $600. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they were charging me $900 because of leak on the driver side door. They replaced 2 seals and charged me $600. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they were charging me $900 because of what they said was a billing error. I wasn’t happy but I paid and took my vehicle. Two days later it rained and my floor was full of water. I took the vehicle back and told them to keep the vehicle all week, to make sure they actually fixed it this time. A week passes and I pick up the vehicle. I pull out of the service center and roll down the window and the window falls out of the door they had been working on. All of this happened in mid May. It is now the end of September, my vehicle had been there 8 different times for the same issue and it still isn’t fixed. It’s sitting in their service department as I write this review. The service center is almost comically horrible. I will never be back and because of the service here I have turned 6 people away from this dealership and they purchased somewhere else. More

Wiesner sold me a 2016 Buick Cascada, which is made in Europe. I love the car, but Wiesner does not have a clue how to service the car. Wiesner have repeatedly failed to repair the car, or repaired th Europe. I love the car, but Wiesner does not have a clue how to service the car. Wiesner have repeatedly failed to repair the car, or repaired the wrong thing, or repaired it badly. During the month of November 2019 Wiesner had the car most of the month. When I took their courtesy loaner for the Thanksgiving Holiday with my kids, they seized my car and are demanding $2000 because the "fine print" on the zero cost loaner contract says you are not allowed to take the loaner out of state. Mike Earl has promised to resolve the issue. He has subsequently ignored me, ignored my attorney and ignored the Better Business Bureau. I want to say that is someone who does NOT care about his customers...at all. More

Great service and ease of purchase with Wiesner GMC I just purchased a new 2019 GMC Canyon from Wiesner GMC after being given the run around at a dealership closer to my house. At that dealership I cou I just purchased a new 2019 GMC Canyon from Wiesner GMC after being given the run around at a dealership closer to my house. At that dealership I could not get them to give me a price or spend any time with me putting together an order for a new truck. It seemed to me that they were not interested in selling me a truck if it was not already on the lot. So I called up Wiesner GMC and sent them the build sheet that I put together on the GMC website. We had a couple emails back and forth and the truck was ordered. I asked them what they needed from me to get the truck ordered and they said nothing. They would just order it just the way I wanted it and call me when it was in. Since it was an ordered vehicle we did not know what the exact price would be as rebates would be applied based on the date I picked up the truck not the date ordered. However the Wiesner salesman was able to tell me the formula we would use to arrive that the final price. We easily agreed on the formula and the truck was ordered. Certainly a good experience working with the people at Wiesner Thanks! More
