While the manager was not willing to deal on my trade in, Mike went out of his way to structure a deal that gave me the additional value for my trade-in (2023 Toyota Tundra 1794 TRD). I was ready to not buy the new LX600 unless I could sell my car, rather than trade-in, for the value it was worth. Had it not been for Mike, this deal would not have been done. I have purchased 6 new cars from him over the last three decades and I have one on order for my wife. Lexus management is getting full price for all new cars (more demand than supply, which is understandable), but when they try to also make more money on my trade, it is untenable in my opinion. Thank goodness for Mike. Lexus should be thankful as well. With respect to this dealership, I have worked with them for years and they are outstanding on service. Highly recommend them. More
