Visited another dealership ( Oakdale Toyota ) thinking my experience would be a pleasant one based on a previous purchase. Found the level of satisfaction to be unsatisfactory. After being very clear about the truck that I wanted, they tried to sell me something else and let me walk out the door without a sale. I then visited Smithtown Toyota and spoke with salesperson Micheal Demera about what I was looking for. We sat down and in about 15 minutes he was able to locate exactly what I was looking for. I wound up purchasing the truck I wanted at the price I wanted painlessly. I will certainly tell others about my experience there ! More

Very good customer experience We went to Smithtown Toyota just with the idea of just checking out the 2018 RAV4; however, Mike was very good not only in explaining vehicle’s featur We went to Smithtown Toyota just with the idea of just checking out the 2018 RAV4; however, Mike was very good not only in explaining vehicle’s features, but he was great in giving us a good deal for our trade in. All in all was a very good experience without the hassle and back and forth normally associated with this type of transactions. It is worth to mention that Mike is bilingual in Spanish which made things easier for us. More
