I love Lithia Subaru of Fresno. However I do have one complain. I had an appt. at 9:20 and I was getting a simple car service but I didn’t leave until 1:30 pm. It took 5 hrs.and I However I do have one complain. I had an appt. at 9:20 and I was getting a simple car service but I didn’t leave until 1:30 pm. It took 5 hrs.and I should have taken the shuttle home because they were so busy but I just kept thinking that it was not going to take that long so I waited. That has never happened before and the staff and waiting room is great but I was a little irritated this time. Hopefully that won’t happen again. More
