I bought a used Crosstrek on Labor Day weekend and on the day of purchase as the vehicle was getting inspected the manager Phil came over and said tha I bought a used Crosstrek on Labor Day weekend and on the day of purchase as the vehicle was getting inspected the manager Phil came over and said that the brakes passed inspection and would last me 3,000-5,000 miles but that they’re installing brand new brakes on the house. All I had to do was bring the car in after a couple of days since the brakes were ordered. I did that and in under two hours it was done. I expected a service fee at least but nothing, just my signature. More

After a lame experience at the 1st, I contacted Star and Mario was the one who I felt carried himself like the ideal car salesman, with genuine concern. Finance manager Mike easily explained the contract and was patient. Manager Phil approached me and had a nice car conversation with me for 20 minutes.
