Stay away form services department, they are the closest to my house, and the car sales manager I know say they change many services tech. now they do better job! So I give them a try for my 30,000 miles se to my house, and the car sales manager I know say they change many services tech. now they do better job! So I give them a try for my 30,000 miles service which cost $400+ tax. I caught them didn't rotate my tires, and didn't replace air filer and cabin filter. God know did they change other fluids that I can't check which needs to be replace within the services. So, Subaru owner, I love Subarus I have 3 of them. just this services center did not hire good tech or they do bad business. If you really need to do service with STAR, I suggest you check everything they say they did it before you leave. Otherwise you may ended up paid something they say they did but didn't. More
