Lengthy, trying experience Took >3 hours after my appointment time to get the car I wanted to test drive back to the dealership even though I had made an appointment over the ph Took >3 hours after my appointment time to get the car I wanted to test drive back to the dealership even though I had made an appointment over the phone in advance to test drive that particular car. Salesperson did not demonstrate car features before my second test drive (whereas the Honda salesperson did before he joined me on the test drive). I did really love the car and purchased it, but Finance guy walked away with my husband to discuss payment even though *I* was buying the car - rude. Floor mats were left in the trunk and as a result driver side mat is not yet safely installed - I'll have to go back for that. Salespeople were both friendly and tried to be helpful, but it was a very time-consuming process. More

Tried to add $2500 to price of car when signing deal This place is an absolute joke of a company. I test drove a car and everything was fine so i moved forward with purchasing it. When i negotiated a pic This place is an absolute joke of a company. I test drove a car and everything was fine so i moved forward with purchasing it. When i negotiated a pick up time everything seemed fine, went to pick the car up and it "wasn't ready for me" so i had to wait another week to get the car. It wasn't that the car wasn't ready that aggravated me it was the lack of communication, i was told that i would be ready to pick up. And then when signing the paperwork for the car they tried to sneakily add $2500 worth of their "warranty" to the price without telling me about it; clearly hoping id sign the document without looking at the paperwork. Once i finally got the car the fuse box cover was missing. i was told it would be replaced. I drove the car away and the plastic fog light cover fell off on the highway. Its been a month and I'm still waiting for my replacement parts. More
