The dealership has a high turn over rate, I went thru 4 individuals handling my deal from Oct 22 till 9/6. Then they tried to back out of my Xplan the day I showed up, stated Ford doesn't honor Xplan for F individuals handling my deal from Oct 22 till 9/6. Then they tried to back out of my Xplan the day I showed up, stated Ford doesn't honor Xplan for F450 until I proved differently and showed up to the dealer. The dealership insulted me multiple times with my offer. Even After I proved the trade in value of my vehicle. 62k for 22 Denali 3500 full loaded Duramax with 23k miles(now listed for 87k) on their website. Tried several bait and switch tactics then told me the are making me great of a deal as I'm getting the truck at xplan pricing. I stated you aren't doing a thing for me, that's thru Ford not you. I was told by the salesman and finance manager not to leave a review if it's less than a 5. They lose their bonus. Salesmen specifically told me he lost his 4k bonus last month due to 1 out of 14 reviews being a 4. They should not tell customers to lie, this is a survey ment to be honest to. I ordered a truck and dealership had all my paperwork prior to arriving took 4 hours to finalize the deal. I didn't have to pick out a vehicle, get paperwork, wait for detail, etc. Dealership had my xplan pin, dl, insurance prior to my arrival. It should have been an hour at most. 445-830pm. They were closing down and couldn't refund my deposit, I had to remind them the next day. Lastly, they tried to jip me by telling me getting a spray in bed liner thru them will cost $1,000, I showed the build sheet of $595 and they said that's just Fords price it's $1,000. I called Park Fords service on my own its $700. I have went to many places in town and can get rhino or linex for under $600. This dealership is Shady and try to get money anyway they can even ask the buyer to lie for them. Sorry but you get honesty from me. Don't lie or ask customers to lie. Make the experience painless, a pre-ordered truck and came in with financing and they had all my info and trade info prior to arrival took 4 hours to close the deal. Still didn't get shown features, deposit returned, etc. Go elsewhere. More

I purchased a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E from Park’s Ford of Wesley Chapel. I was introduced to Garfield and noticed immediately that he had a calm and pleasant demeanor. He allowed me to express my situation on the needs of the vehicle I was interested in. He then recommended looking at the Mustang Mach E to meet my requirements. He showed me the Mustang Mach E. He knew the vehicle’s attributes inside and outside literally. After deciding that the Mustang Mach E was the vehicle I needed. He helped me to negotiate an awesome sale. He went the extra mile literally by driving with me to our home to pick up the second vehicle I was trading in. On the drive to our home he again demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicle by explaining the features of this awesome vehicle I had the privilege to purchase.. It is very likely that I would not have purchased a vehicle from Park’s Ford if it wasn’t for Garfield’s friendly and professional qualities. I had a 2008 Ford Explorer that ran beautifully until my teen totaled it. So I started the search for a new vehicle. Not intending to purchase brand new but perhaps buy used. During the process I met Rich w teen totaled it. So I started the search for a new vehicle. Not intending to purchase brand new but perhaps buy used. During the process I met Rich who without hesitation took me for a test drive. The process was painless. Due to the lack of chips for the breaking system there is a shortage of car but Rich hooked me up with a 2021 loaner. Identical to the one I test drove. They promised it would be available on 2-3 weeks but it became available in 3 days. Best day ever. I came in financed so they helped me get my paperwork together. Frank the sales manager was excellent and worked with me to get additional discounts such as new graduate, and first responders and nurses additional deals. It was worth it. Best dealership to do business with. They are no nonsense and straight to the point. Recommend them hands down. Most painless experience car buying I’ve ever had. More

Regards Mike Dabrowski-Product Consultant: I have been buying new cars for over 50 years and usually, after initial consult and purchase, the salesperson became a non entity concerning the vehicle purchas buying new cars for over 50 years and usually, after initial consult and purchase, the salesperson became a non entity concerning the vehicle purchased. In the instant case regarding Mike, he has contacted me on numerous occasions about the car, service thereof, and operations of the car, as many bells and whistles implemented properly enhance the every day of driving. I want to commend Mike for his diligence in the contact, which occurred without requiring his immediate attention, as generally speaking, the car was operationally GOOD as should be with a car of high value. I commend Mike for that contact as when considering a Ford product, he will be the sales consultant to whom I will reach out to when considering any of the variety of Ford products. In the future, an e-auto might be in the cards, so Mikes judgement will be of value. More
