Amazing new truck buying experience I purchased a Sierra truck from this dealership in 2013, was so impressed by the buying experience I decided to purchase my new 2018 Sierra from Crown I purchased a Sierra truck from this dealership in 2013, was so impressed by the buying experience I decided to purchase my new 2018 Sierra from Crown also. Happy Driver ( Slightest edit to my last review) While I was extremely impressed with this dealership, and the absolute satisfaction for the outstanding service I received from both Mike Clark and Am While I was extremely impressed with this dealership, and the absolute satisfaction for the outstanding service I received from both Mike Clark and Amy Simpson, I had felt a slight hic-up with regards to pricing. To be clear the overall point of cost for my vehicle was fair. However, in trying to meet the price agreement halfway, I felt I was not "heard" by the manager at that time, Cole Connor. Back in the day, woman have always had to fight to be heard in many business discussions. I kept asking this gentleman to take a thousand dollars of my final cost. At first we could not come to an agreement, so this haggling went back and forth for a short period of time. Just as my son and I were about to leave, I was told he would accept my thousand dollars off the top, However, he didn't. A discount of $933.00 does not equate to $1000.00, in the final paperwork. I have nothing else to say about this matter. My family has always been a GM family., and I can seriously say that this particular dealership (Crown Buick GMC ) have made customers for life with myself and my four adult children More
