Mike Cescato always delivers excellent service. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and Mike immediately greeted me by name and knew my exact service needs. I am from OP, IL and was in town for the Holiday visiting my parents. I currently live in CBUS, OH. Was at this dealership for 2 hours for a standard oil change and that was with an appointment at 8:40am and my parents. I currently live in CBUS, OH. Was at this dealership for 2 hours for a standard oil change and that was with an appointment at 8:40am and I was there at 8:30am. I was listening to an audio book in the waiting room (my iPhone auto connects to my vehicle when in range), when my phone connected to my car that was turned on around 9:50am. I turned off the Bluetooth so I could hear my phone again. Within 30 mins of it being brought back, the oil change was complete and I was good to go. I have never sat at at the Infiniti dealership for more than an hour with an appointment. I don't understand why I sat there for 80 mins until my car was brought back to even begin service. I would not come back to this dealership due to the inefficiency of a standard oil change. Mike was my service agent, he told me it was going to take two hours and he'd be back with paperwork to check me out when it was ready. I asked a specific question around my vehicle being able to tell me each tire's PSI and instead of checking what a 2019 will show he said he had no idea since there are various new models that are out now. So, I basically read the manual and figured it out for myself! More
