This is my 4th Cadillac and every experience with Delaware Cadillac was epic. I was going to look into purchase another car but when I thought about the service I have been receiving for the last 12 Delaware Cadillac was epic. I was going to look into purchase another car but when I thought about the service I have been receiving for the last 12 years. My feet ended up right at Delaware Cadillac. And I am glad I did. Because Mike Cassidy is the best salesman EVER! He literally walked me through the buying process, stayed late, and worked hard to get me in the LYRIQ because it was what I wanted. Afterwards he called and texted me to see if I was yet satisfied. Down through the years he has always checked on me set me cards and reminders. No one does it "Like Mike." (lol) Mike has always been super patient, informative, and gives suggestions for a wonderful and lasting impression. This is after sale, he tells me to come back and he will show me all the bells and whistles. The LYRIQ is my first electric car and he took all the fear out of it and put a lot of love and care into it that made me feel secure. I try to do right by people but I am not perfect but I know a man. He's name is Jesus. I don't know much about cars but I know a man. He's name is MIKE, who does and will work hard to have you leave with a smile. I am soooooooo HAPPY & felling BLESSED. Satisfaction is putting it lightly. Mike is an awesome salesman who loves his job and loves helping and building lasting relationships with people. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE at its BEST! More

Mike was not only great for the buying process, he even checked up on how I was liking the car even a month afterwards! Who does that? Mike Cassidy does.
