I took my Escape into Klaben because a door catch was giving me problems when opening/closing the driver's door. I walked in and was met by a smiling and friendly face, which is a rarity these days. I bought a new Mustang GT convertible for my wive and the whole dealer experience was A++. Jeff, our sales guy, did a great job in helping us ordering the perfect vehicle. To proof our full satisfaction I ordered another new vehicle (Jeep) for me and had my buddy buy his Flex there as well. Another very important thing to me is the service department. As a car guy I need to trust the people working on my 'toys'. Since I ordered a couple goodies for Mustang and also had a little faux pas with one of the wheels - I already dealt with Klabens service department twice. Both Mike and Kim did an outstanding job.
