My daughter and I purchased a 2017 Honda HR-V on 10/14/2020 from Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Deal # 131409, Customer # 1564204.We also purchased a 96-month GAP insurance 10/14/2020 from Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Deal # 131409, Customer # 1564204.We also purchased a 96-month GAP insurance policy at that time for an extra $895.00, form FGF HM 723143. On 01/06/2024 I visited the dealership, met with the business manager and cancelled the GAP policy. After several months there was no refund given. I called the dealership and was told that the cancellation request form was filed with the wrong company. I was told that this would be corrected. Nothing ever happened. On June 5, 2024 I visited the dealership again and met with their new finance manager. I was assured that this would be taken care of. As of today, there has been no activity whatsoever on this issue. Over the past six months I have placed numerous phone calls to the dealership and left messages with a variety of employees, including the finance manager, the dealership manager and others. Never has anyone returned my call. I have a flash drive with all of the purchase documents on it. There is a GAP Addendum form indicating the $895.00 charge for GAP insurance but no policy. With the stonewalling from the dealership and no actual policy I am suspicious that there never was a policy and that I was scammed. I am seeking proof that, in fact there is a policy in force. I want to see the policy. If no policy was ever issued, then I want a refund of the entire $895.00. Otherwise, because the GAP insurance was cancelled as of 01/06/2024 I want a refund of the unused portion and an apology from the dealership. More

This dealership will make you actually enjoy purchasing a vehicle. After having a terrible experience with a different dealership, I was skeptical to say the least. From the moment I walked in until the mo vehicle. After having a terrible experience with a different dealership, I was skeptical to say the least. From the moment I walked in until the moment I purchased my new vehicle, I felt appreciated as a customer. My salesman, Samir Reda was not pushy at all, which would have immediately turned me off of the sale. The sales manager, Mike, took the time to explain the options and answered all questions I had. The financing manager (I would type her name butttt I don't know how it is spelled, but she is fantastic!) was an absolute joy to sit with. This dealership makes you feel like your hanging out with family that just wants to see you happy and walk away with a deal. I highly recommend not only Samir, but the entire dealership for any and all of you car purchases. They definitely secured me as a return customer. More
