My experience at this dealership has been the best by far! First, I called to confirm the vehicle I wanted to look at was still available since I’d be driving 1.5 hours to see it. I have never had a dealer experience like this. Not a single person was sleazy in the least-not the salesperson, his manager, or the finance person. Everyone was upfront, honest and transparent-I had thought that I decided on a truck, but then Mike told me that he did not want to sell it until I took a good look and dove into the features. Honestly, it kinda felt like an upsell at the time, but there was no pressure, so I went with his presentation. In the end, I HAPPILY bought a higher end model-and Sandra the sales manager was able to work a little with us as it was more than was budgeted. At the end of the day, I would 100% buy a car from them again! Thank you More
