I brought my car to 2 detailers that specialize in ceramic coats and they pointed that out too. Even on vertical surfaces of the car water beads and sticks, and even with compressed air it does not roll off the car. They have wasted my time for 3 weeks now. I spent 6 hours last Friday calling and driving around getting quotes on 1 of my 5 days off for the next month, and now they changed their mind back to wanting me to spend another 10+ hours total driving there and back again twice with the hopes that I won't get the same hack job again. I not only didn't get what I paid for, but I got a worse product than if I didn't pay for it at all and have had many hours of my time wasted at this point.
