This was, by far, the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. I knew I wanted a Lexus and had looked at the Lexus Pembroke Pines website before I scheduled an appointment. The dealership paired me wit ever had. I knew I wanted a Lexus and had looked at the Lexus Pembroke Pines website before I scheduled an appointment. The dealership paired me with Mike Banko, so I texted him before I came in letting him know what kind of Lexus I was interested in. When I arrived, he had picked a few cars for me to see. When he showed me the first one, I said “I don’t need to see any other car” — he had picked the perfect car for me. Mike is super intuitive and he sensed that I was in a rush and he had me in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes!!! The last time I bought a car, I was in the dealership nearly 4 hours. Mike is incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and you could just tell he is a person of integrity. He provides incredible white-glove service, start to finish. More
