Yes If you believe that all new car buying experiences have to be unpleasant then you haven't purchased from Mercedes- Benz of Laguna Niguel (MBLN). Yes, we've had our share of less than enjoyable car buying events, but at MBLN it's a whole new ballgame. We have not previously owned or shopped for a Mercedes-Benz (MB) or any other car in the MB class, so we didn't know what to expect. Within minutes of our arrival for our first visit, we were quite aware of the fact that "this was something different". The casual, inviting, friendly and helpful atmosphere at MBLN was so welcome. Everyone with whom we came into contact fit that initial impression... from the helpful front desk to the first and subsequent Sales Representatives to the Sales Manager and Finance Manager were simply wonderful, so helpful and knowledgeable. Of course the exceptional environment that MBLN provides does not by itself make the complete buying experience a 5-star performance. The negotiating segment can easily supplant the good feelings initially established. Not to worry when dealing with MBLN. We were assured that once we had decided on a particular car, we would be offered an attractive price and a fair deal. That's exactly what happened... the icing on the cake. So thank you James, Ben, Eric, Michael, Jane and the entire MBLN family for an altogether enjoyable experience, clearly deserving of a 5-star rating. More
