Mike Babcock in the Service Dept provided exceptional service for my first visit with our new Lexus SUV vehicle. He provided me with a written report on the service work. Mike also provided a second key service for my first visit with our new Lexus SUV vehicle. He provided me with a written report on the service work. Mike also provided a second key for our vehicle which we have waited 6 months for Lexus of Serramonte to provide. We purchased the vehicle there.
