I ve said it many times in these reviews. You cannot beat Mike Asperhiem and Tenfordees service department for getting your vehicle repaired, maintained or just looked at and evaluated. Sure You cannot beat Mike Asperhiem and Tenfordees service department for getting your vehicle repaired, maintained or just looked at and evaluated. Sure they may be a tad more expensive but for the extra dollars spent you will save on having expert service done and done right on your vehicle. More

I have been dealing with Mike Aasheim for over 10 years. I’ve had nothing but a great experience dealing with him. He’s been honest there in all of our service needs whether it’s diesel trucks to hybrid car I’ve had nothing but a great experience dealing with him. I purchased my F-150 at a different Ford dealership in the Twin Cities area, but am now located closer to Tenvoorde, which is the closest Ford dealership/service center for me. I had the typical warranty the Twin Cities area, but am now located closer to Tenvoorde, which is the closest Ford dealership/service center for me. I had the typical warranty work performed on my 10r80 transmission (cam phasers, shift solenoids, CDF drum, etc.) a little over a year ago, and was told that I could bring my truck to any authorized Ford service center if any issues were to arise, with respect to the warranty work performed under my initial ESP. The dealership that performed all of the warranty work thus far, made very clear that the parts and workmanship of the service work performed, carried a 2 year warranty, independent of the binding protocol of the ESP that came with the truck. After noticing the same issues that prompted the initial warranty work, explicitly characterized by, and pursuant to, Ford TSB 25-2126 (most recent TSB), I brought my F-150 into Tenvoorde service to have the transmission looked at again. Mike Asperheim was the service advisor that I made initial contact with and explained my situation to, but was met with total denial and ineptitude in regards to the information given to me by the service department that performed my initial warranty claim and subsequent work thereafter - Mike was adamant that Ford would cover no such claim. I scheduled an appointment anyways and proceeded to leave. Noticing an identical truck in the shop, I stepped back into the customer service area to see if I could talk to the service tech working on that vehicle, and immediately noticed/overheard Mike and another advisor (Barry Jensen) making ill-minded conversation about me, at which point Barry noticed me and could be heard asking Mike if "this was his guy." I decided to call my original advisor, from the Ford dealership in the Twin Cities, to figure out why another Ford dealership would flat out deny the existence of the service warranty he so diligently explained to me, and was told it was beyond him as to why any reputable Ford dealership would even pretend to be unfamiliar with. That same Ford dealership in the cities wasted no time getting me in to take care of the issue, as well as, assured me that the warranty I spoke of would cover the issues I was having again. Beyond experiencing a total reluctance to even understand the warranty I was referencing, Mike single-handedly tarnished the reputation of Tenvoorde for me and anyone within my sphere of influence, and has given me every reason to give extraordinary praise and recommendation to the Ford dealership that I have purchased my vehicles from. More

They are the best, from the moment I drove into the service bay I was treated like I was the only one in the building.
