All of the associates were very friendly and accommodating. I brought my Hyundai in for a recall. The waiting area was comfortable. The wait was shorter than anticipated, which was nice. The oil change was quick. The headlights of my Genesis have condensation in them for the second time. Came in for an oil change for my Tucson. The dealership had mailed me a coupon for the service, which when I presented it to the service advisor Mike, was told “that doesn’t apply to your c The dealership had mailed me a coupon for the service, which when I presented it to the service advisor Mike, was told “that doesn’t apply to your car” and that instead of $44.99 it would be $89.95. When I balked at this he immediately cut the price to $59.95 which I agreed to. I cannot imagine sending my wife or daughter here for service to let them be taken advantage of by an unscrupulous employee. I will not be returning to Crestmont Hyundai for service. More
