No communication. They had my Jeep for just over 11 months and the things I have found that they didn’t do is amazing. I have missing bolts , my engine light has gone They had my Jeep for just over 11 months and the things I have found that they didn’t do is amazing. I have missing bolts , my engine light has gone on 3 times since picking it up. They broke my antenna, broke my housing around the e brake. Put front fenders on that don’t even match my original paint. I don’t even know if I trust my Jeep anymore because of the numerous things that are still not correct on my vehicle. They Mickey moused my hoses with Mickey Mouse repairs. The engine light goes on because of the hoses that are coming disconnected. The service manager and my service person were the worst communicators I have ever had to deal with. They ended up having to put a second engine in my vehicle because of their mess up with putting on an incorrect oil filter?????,but never let me know this information. Because of this dealership I lost my lifetime warranty and that was one of the biggest reasons why I purchased this Jeep. I truly believe that I should be given my lifetime warranty back. This vehicle was taken in 3 times for the over hearing issues that it was having and they should have checked the vehicle out better and found that it had a warped or cracked manifold instead of giving one new radiator the first time, a new water pump the second time and finally the need for a new engine . I actually had to file a complaint with the BAR and I believe that is the only reason I finally got my Jeep back. They also cracked my windshield and replaced it with the wrong one. I had the awesome Jeep rock climbing in my windshield and they replaced it with just a basic one. I would like my rock climbing one back as that was what was towed to this Jeep dealership. I will never recommend this dealership to any e and as a matter of fact anyone I speak to I make sure to tell them what a xxxxty dealership this is and don’t go to them for anything. NO COMMUNICATION. I kept a log of the year that had my Jeep and for sure communication and keeping promises don’t happen at this dealership. Benny the service guy admittedly is a horrible communicator and I have all of his voice mails where and texts where he states that information. Van Nuys chrysler dodge Jeep is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Between Benny and Hector I’m not sure which was the worst communicator. When people compliment me in my Jeep, which they do often as it is 10 years old but is in beautiful condition, I tell them to stay away from buying a Jeep, especially from this dealership. Unfortunately I will never be a Jeep buyer again, and that in its self is a dirty rotten shame as I loved my Jeep! Say good bye to yet another Jeep lover!!! More

Brought my 2018 JL wrangler to be fixed-it had stranded me for 4 hours would not go into drive/reverse or neutral even w engine running. Dealership initially hooked up to it and said it had many codes, 2 w me for 4 hours would not go into drive/reverse or neutral even w engine running. Dealership initially hooked up to it and said it had many codes, 2 weeks later still at dealership I was told they could not find the problem and they had reset the codes. They could not duplicate the problem after 2 weeks I picked up jeep but I do not trust it as it wasn’t fixed. More
